Biography
Sarah was born in about 1747 and baptised in Sutton In Ashfield, the daughter of John and Sarah Walston. [1]
She married Matthew Wright on 20 January 1766 at Sutton In Ashfield. [2]
Some time after 1782 when their son Joseph was recorded at Sutton In Ashfield, they moved to Swadlincote in Derbyshire.
Matthew died in Swadlincote, Derbyshire in April 1799 and was buried at Church Gresley (recorded as being from Swadlincote) on 01 May 1799. Sarah moved to Tewkesbury with their son Matthew and died there in 1826. [3]
