Biography
Mary Wales was born in Norwich, Norfolk on the 29th August 1833. She was the daughter of John Wales and Rebecca Riches.[1]
Mary Wales married Anthony Thomas Maycroft, son of Matthew Maycroft, on the 24th September 1852 in Downham, Norfolk, England.[2]
Soon after their wedding, Anthony and Mary Maycroft boarded the Ship Christianna and departed for America.[3]
Their son, Anthony Hawkins Maycroft was born in New York State the following year, in 1853.
Mary Maycroft passed away in Ravenna, Muskegon County, Michigan on the 10th December 1901.[4]
