William "Willie" Henry Walden was born February 15, 1889 to Bale Walden and Mary Edmondson in Stockbridge, Georgia.[1]
He served the United States Army during World War I. He enlisted on September 4, 1918 and was discharged on December 29, 19.[2]
He married Pearl Geneva Bell about 1919 in Georgia. Their children were:

He died, at the age of 57, on August 31, 1946 in Asheville, North Carolina.[1] He is buried at the Zion Baptist Church Cemetery, Covington, Newton County, Georgia.[3][4]
