Communication Preferences:
I am interested in communicating with
anyone who shares the same ancestors.
My family tree is at <http://www.ancestry.com >.
I was adopted at 1 week old and have lived a blessed life, I want to know the stories of my biological family from as far back as is known.
My name is Sally Walker. I was raised by wonderful parents who adopted me a few days after I was born. In 2020 I took a DNA test and discovered a couple of maternal half sisters. I am researching my biological family history Caudill/Wilson on my paternal side and Moran/Buchanan on my maternal side. I also work on my lifetime family history - Walbrecht/Braga on my dad's side and Cathey/Castle on my mother's side. After losing the love of my life, father of my children, four months ago, I'm pushing to complete our life story for our grandchildren which includes learning more about their ancestors. I'm trying WikiTree to see what I can find. Thank you.

Thank you for upgrading. I am pleased to welcome you as a member of the WikiTree family. Your contributions will go a long way to joining the world’s trees together.
I would suggest starting with the New Member How-To pages, they will save you a lot of time and frustration.
Please add as much information as you can, with sources, as it all helps to turn a “name” back into a person. I hope you enjoy the site as much as I do.
Adoptees: How to Set Up Your Profile is a WikiTree help page specifically designed for new members who indicate they are adoptees. It is also helpful for non-adopted members who have living adoptees in their family tree. The page includes links to more resources, like our Adoption Angels Project, basic search techniques, information on DNA, etc.
This is just a note to say hi and to let you know that I'm available to answer questions about WikiTree.
