Aaron was born in 1914. He was the son of Aaron David Wade (1878-1932) and Shellie (Sellers) Wade (1875-).

Aaron (age 25) married Ellen D Foster (age 21) on 6 December 1939 in Rutherford, Tennessee, United States.^[1] Aaron and Ellen had two children.

Aaron registered for the WWII U.S. military draft on 16 October 1940 in Murfreesboro, Rutherford, Tennessee.^[2]

Aaron died (age 93) on 7 July 2007 residing in Rutherford, Tennessee.^[3]
