Elizabeth Verney married William Wakeford about 1850.

Elizabeth (Verney) Wakeford died on 18 March 1902 at Bloomfield, Blandford near Murrurundi, New South Wales, Australia. [1]

"Mrs. W. Wakeford." The Murrurundi Times and Liverpool Plains Gazette (NSW : 1874 - 1907; 1926 - 1929) 22 March 1902
Mrs. W. Wakeford
We have also to record, with regret, the death of Mrs. William Wakeford, mother of Mrs. B. Haydon, of Bloomfield, Blandford, who died somewhat suddenly about 4 o'clock on Tuesday morning last, at the residence of Mr. Haydon, Bloomfield.
Mrs. Wakefield was the widow of Mr. William Wakeford, who was the contractor for the construction of the railway line from Murrurundi to Willow Tree, which was opened in August, 1877, and was a resident of this district for about 25 years.
Mrs. Wakeford, who we understand had reached the age of 80 years, had been indisposed for some little time, but it was not anticipated that her death was so near.
Her remains were forwarded to Sydney by the mail train on Wednesday morning, for interment beside those of her late husband.
