Will - Mother's: 14 December 1708

Samuel was named in his mother's will on 14 December 1708 at Accomack Co, VA. He was shown as Samuel Jester in the will of Frances Jester. She also named Margaret, daughter of Samuel Jester.^[2]

Land bought: 1712

He bought land in 1712 at tract A126, Bloxom, Accomack Co, VA. It was in this year that Samuel Jester bought the Dennis Morris part of tract A126 from Jacob Morris & his wife Judith. ^[3]

Will: 17 November 1731

Samuel made a will on 17 November 1731 at Accomack Co, VA. To wife Mary use of my plantation & 50 acres of swamp land during her life, then to my son in law Jeptha Perry & Margaret, his wife for life, reversion to Amey & Elizabeth Perry, daughters of Jeptha & Margaret Perry. Bal. of estate to wife for life then to be divided in 4 parts, 1 part to my son Jeptha & Margaret, his wife, the balance to be divided between the children of Jeptha Perry & Bridget Dalton.

He left land in 1746 at tract A126, Bloxom, Accomack Co, VA. It was in this year that Samuel Jester left the Dennis Morris part of tract A126 to his wife Mary for life, then to his daughter Margaret and her husband Jeptha Perry for their lives, and then to his grandaughters Amey and Elizabeth Perry. Amey is belived to have married a Saunders and Elizabeth a Moore.^[5]
