Robert Tucker migrated to New England during the Puritan Great Migration (1621-1640). (See The Directory, by R. C. Anderson, p. 342) Join: Puritan Great Migration Project Discuss: pgm
Gilly's Note:- Further reading is necessary to study the debate in respect of the two Robert Tuckers. It is unlikely that this Robert ever left England and there is no evidence that he married at all. There was another Robert Tucker b.1604 who was in Massachusetts. [The Massachusetts Robert Tucker married Elizabeth Allen].
Refer "Tucker-Darrell" by Rufus Stickney Tucker, Ph.D., Cambridge, Mass., vol. 76, p. 232,N.E.H.&G.Reg. for refutation of ancestry of JOHN TUCKER of Hingham, as set forth in "The Genealogy ofthe Tucker Family" by Ephraim Tucker (1895)

Tucker-2222 and Tucker-764 appear to represent the same person because: Hello, Surely these two husbands of Elizabeth Allen Tucker are the same. Thanks.
