Biography
John was a Friend (Quaker)
John Tucker, son of Joseph and Mary Tucker, was born in Dartmouth, Massachusetts, 14th day, 12th Month, 1731/2 (February 14, 1732). He married, first, Lydia Wilbur of Rhode Island; and second, Rhoda Wing, daughter of Benjamin and Rhoda Wing, October 25, 1769. He was a highly esteemed citizen and a prominent member of the Society of Friends. He died in Dartmouth, Massachusetts, on March 12, 1820.[1]
