Heinrich Trott was born in 1837 to in Grimm, Saratov, Russia, to parents Christian Jakob Trott and Katharina (Unknown) Trott. He is first named in the 1857 Grimm census. There are two sons named Heinrich in this family: Heinrich, born 1837, and Heinrich Jakob, born 1846. Because of the age difference of 10 years, it is not likely they are the same person. The only exception would be if his age in the 1897 census was significantly off. For now I am keeping them as separate individuals.
