Biography

François was the son of Ignace Toupin and Marie Elizabeth Duprac. He was born 8 Jun 1727 and was baptized the same day in La Nativité-de-Notre-Dame de Beauport. His godparents were Jacques François Barbel (signature) and Marie Elizabeth Toupin. [1]

On 10 Feb 1755, in Beauport, François Toupin son of the late Ignace Toupin and Isabelle Duprac married Marie Lisoire daughter of the late Jean Baptiste Lisoire and Marie Angélique Giroux. Multiple named relatives are witness with a few signatures, neither the bride nor the groom could sign. [2]

Kelly, I think this Francois Toupin is a duplicate of Toupin-111 as they have the same birthdate. I didn't propose a merge because the death date is different, but is unlikely there were two born on the exact same date that died at different times. You might want to check it out.
