Frank Vincent Tipling was born around 1882, the son of Annie (Beaumont) Tipling and Joseph Tipling.

He was married to Elizabeth Brunton.

Elizabeth died in October 1914.^[1][2]

Frank remarried in 1918 in Victoria, Australia, to Lenna McAra Glover.^[3]

Frank died on 16 May 1919 in Armadale, Victoria, aged 37 years, suffering pneumonic influenza.^[4][5]
