Joyce was born in 1929. She was the daughter of George Timewell and Alberta Dumas. She passed away in 2007.
Through her full and happy life Joyce touched many people. She cherished time with family, enjoyed traveling, and was well respected during her 25 year career as Switchboard Supervisor at Royal Columbian Hospital where she forged many friendships.
