Freeman (Thomas) Freeman-Thomas is Notable.

Served for 15 years in the Sussex Artillery. Then entered diplomatic and political fields, becoming an MP in 1900. In 1926 he was appointed Governor-General of Canada and in 1931 became Viceroy and Governor-General of India.[1]
