Margaret was born in 1752,[1] the same year as another Catherine (Thomas) Ross (abt.1752-abt.1811), who was a daughter of Enos Thomas, and who married David Ross (1742-1803) in 1770.
It is possible that Catherine had a second marriage, but notably, David Ross died not die until 1803. The more likely scenario is that the subject of this profile was the daughter of a different Enos Thomas.
The Margaret Catherine (Thomas) Goodwin of this profile has no proven connection to Enos Thomas, except that a son was named Enos Goodwin (1789-1861). She reportedly married Joseph Robert Goodwin in 1778.[citation needed] The son named Enos (1789-1861) was born to Mary Goodwin and Joseph Goodwin.[2]
FamilySearch claims several more children:[1]
She died in 1820.

Thus, it probably is best to remove this daughter as a daughter of Enos Thomas. If your source citation, which I cannot reproduce, does show Enos' daughter also married a Goodwin, that would be the only cause for leaving this person attached to this Enos.
That Catherine did not also use Margaret and that Catherine did not marry a Goodwin. It is recommended that this daughter be disconnected from the parents Enos and Rachel Thomas so that she can be correctly placed with her parents once they are found.
