Biography
Thomas was born about 1829 and baptized in Woodhouse, Yorkshire 27 September 1829.[1]
Tom married Mary Ann Allott on 20 June 1850 at Leeds, Yorkshire. His stated age was 21 as was hers. He is recorded as a Mason.[2] Their son was:
- Squire Thackwray (1859–1932)[3]
He swam to Australia and died in Victoria 12 April 1894 (aged 65). [4] No record of transit found.
