Susannah Taylor was born around 1830 in London, England, the daughter of Susannah (Branston) Taylor and Francis Taylor.^{[citation needed]}

She was married to Edward Pittard ^[1]. Their children were: Henry Walter Pittard (1860–1952)^[2]
