Mary Talbott Haley was born in March of 1830 to James Talbott and Elizabeth (Stone) Talbott and died in 1906. Mary arrived in Daviess County with her parents in 1849. James Henry Haley and she had eleven children, the oldest having been James S. Haley who was killed in the same sawmill explosion that took her husband, James Henry in January of 1875.[1] She is buried in the Utica Cemetery, Daviess County, Kentucky.
