Biography

Helen was the daughter of Jan Valentin and Louise Jarocinska Szambelan. She was born and grew up in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.^[1]

Helen married William Ralicki in Holy Family Church, in Pittsburgh when she was 20 years old.^[2][3]Early in their marriage Helen worked as a machine operator for a box manufacturer, while Bill worked at a glass works.^[4]

They are the parents of a daughter and a son.

Helen was widowed in 1987, and died at age 85. She is buried in St. Stanislaus Cemetery, Etna, Pennsylvania.^[5]
