Mr Sellers, My name is Jim Stumbo, Don Stumbo's son. It appears that you are correct in that my dad has not been involved on this site for some time as due to his age his ability to use the computer is seriously diminished. I have read your comment below but as I have not used wiki, I have no idea what you are requesting. Let me know how I can assist you!

Don Stumbo,

I have taken note that your activity level on the WikiTree.com site has ceased some time ago. I am making a formal, and serious request to you to cede some of the profiles that you have under your management to actual family members. I, and I suspect several others, want to provide the attention and care to these profiles that they need and deserve. I realize that anyone can edit, update, and add to "open" profiles, but you must agree that not even visiting a profile under your care for nine years is unacceptable management.

The profiles that I would like to have you release are, specifically;

  • Mundell-19
  • Stumbaugh-86
  • Stumbaugh-77
  • Woods-2414
  • Stumbaugh-70
  • Gilliland-302

I don't believe that any of these profiles represent persons in your direct line of ancestry. Additionally, would you please contact me in some way to indicate that you are still interested or involved in the WikiTree mission? I ask, with concern and respect, due to the lack of any activity in your account in quite some time. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Respectfully, Jim

Thanks Don. I am working on a theory that the Raebel name has been corrupted in English because of the umlaut. Some translations becoming Rabel and others inserting the 'e' to Raebel. I'm looking back to the early 1800's to try to find the original links. Wish me luck. Geoff Raebel

Don, I think I might have written when I started putting the Raebel's up so forgive me if I repeat myself. I noticed you have put up Raebel-1 and am wondering what detail you might hold. I am the patriarch of the Australian branch of the family and I adopted the US Raebel's until someone would like to take them over. Thanks, Geoff Raebel

I added some info to Anna Margretha Stumbaugh's info, but it's not there. Did I do something wrong?
Thanks Don! mags

Re: Tarwater-39, it was the names of the mothers that were in question, not the spouses. All the information on the two profiles matched except that the mothers had different names. I was working on "files awaiting merging" and found that, but if I have a question, I do NOT make the merge, especially if they are not my profiles and I am unfamiliar with the people.

don, I noticed you managed danilson-2 who seems to be related do the other danilson's I've added. Perhaps you have futher details? I'm guessing he is the son of Alonzo Danilson but that's only a guess.

Don, Since I can't see any dates, I was wondering if your Langdon-433 could match either of my Samuel Langdon's: - 641 or -646.
Thank you for you for allowing me to be on your trusted list. Any information that I could help with, I would be happy to share. Thanks Deb Merchant

Thank you, Donald, for volunteering to help grow our worldwide family tree by sharing your Stumbo genealogy.

To ask a question, please visitG2G forum.

Our help pages (as well as G2G) and search features can be accessed from the links on the upper right corner of most pages.

VERY IMPORTANT: The more documents, sources, dates, and locations you provide on the profiles you create, the stronger your branches and our mutual global tree will be. If you don't know the correct date, please estimate using before or after.

Hope you enjoy WikiTree!
