I did not change his surname because I probably cannot prove it to everyone's satisfaction, but I believe that he is actually the son of Henry Prock, conceived before his father's death in 1846. We don't know actual death date beyond the year (even probate records don't say). William Henry was likely given his middle name for his father. The boy was born in Jan 1847. Kibble Stovall married Rachel in Mar1847.
