Seth Story was baptized on 23 May 1731 at the Chebacco Parish Church in Ipswich, in the Province of Massachusetts Bay.^[1]

Seth died before 2 Sep 1733, when his brother, also named Seth, was baptized to carry on their father's name.^[2] There is no source given for the 2 Jun 1731 date of death, so it must be considered uncertain.
