Born to Elija and Sarah Wright-STONE.

"Jennie arrived in Colorado in 1871 and homesteaded three hundred and twenty five acres near the little town of Franktown. Her homestead was on the edge of the territory the Kiowa and the Apache's hunting grounds. The men outnumbered the women 10 to one." ^[1]
