Hi Joan. I'm wondering if you're able to solve the problem of the accidental deletion of an image you uploaded in 2018. Please see this G2G comment and the surrounding discussion.
Sorry but I'm not sure what you mean by "wikitree does it best."
The image was accidentally removed from the profile today by Anne B: see her G2G question. The consensus is that only you (and WikiTree Admin) can put it back.

Also, if you haven't done so already, consider adding "new_netherland" to the list of your followed G2G tags.
Hi Joan, I responded to your comment on my profile page about Sarah Webster Marsh. Whom I believe NOT to be the daughter of William, but rather maiden name Bliss; and wife of George Webster in addition to Capt. Marsh. Happy to learn otherwise if you have good sources! :-)
Hi Joan, I'm just seeing your comment on my profile page now, about your husband being interested in middle-ages type ancestors. Feel free to message me directly (that sends me an email... which I guess the profile page posts doesn't) and we can switch to email if you like.
I have a lot of people on our Ancestry tree which he can browse through easily if you have an account there. The Websters interconnect well with dozens of ancient families.
Wonder if you heard of Sulkowski Family: Ludwik Jan Alfred Sulkowski 1814-1879 m1) Maria Harry, 2) Maria Elizabeth von Dietrich, 3) Marie Antoinette Gemperle 1832-1875, 9 children. Any Sulkowski in you research?
Hi Joan, regarding your comment on Brian Pendleton-146, I'm curious why you think (or even intuit) there might be a connection between a Pendleton and a Pennington? Those are pretty-seriously different family names. I'm just interested in why your thoughts "went there" is all.
Joan, thanks for adding DNA information to Stone-1398. When doing so, please add a section immediately above Sources called = DNA = and place the information there. Thanks. (I've moved it on this profile.)
I, maiden Stone, youngest dau. of Spencer/Stone, willing to share many allied families who came 1620-1640, and continue to come for many years. t
Trials and tribulations of early families are complicated by tales of many wars, attempts at settlement, and difficulty in profiling ones family tree. What is not difficult to see is use of Wiki Tree by individuals to try to find ancestors. I know of the scalping of my ancestors, the payments to Indians by the people of French Canada, the many massacres before 1779 when General Sullivan removed the Indian settlements and Tories, 1779, from the Finger Lakes; my family has walked in his soldier's footprints, my neighbors relatives of soldiers. No profile will show this, however, search William Cheney 1717-1775, died, Bunker Hill for answers
RE: Your message on Thomas Stone's profile, I myself am from 2 different direct Stone lines, Both come from Richard de Croston Stone, his sons John and Thomas who are in turn both 10th Great Grandfathers to me.
Working only direct lines for now, between, work, taking care of disabled husband, illnesses and deaths these past few years, I have had put much research on hold, living family comes first.
If you care to work on Andrew's profile and his will you are more than welcome.
From your line, Nancy Stone married George Spencer (New England Spencers, via Gerard 1614), Nancy and George removed
to Catahoula Parish, Louisiana, was their son who died Civil War, Confederate Officer, another descendant highly regarded
Professor at Tulane University, lived her last years in Alexandria, Virginia.
Perhaps this might help: Giles Rickard 1623 Plymouth - 1703 Plymouth mar. Hannah Dunham 1630-1709 dau. of John Dunham & Abigail Wood Dunham; had dau. Judith Rickard 1659-1726 married 1678 Joseph Faunce 1653 Plymouth -1727 Plymouth. They are sourced, perhaps your ancestors. As for your Jennings question, you must clarify.

Which Stone are you directly descended from?
