Biography
Otto was born in 1757 at Kambe farm in the Stødle area between Etnefjord and Stordalsvanet in Etne clerical district in Hordaland, Norway. He was the son and first-born of Hans Jørgen Althandt and Brita Olsdatter Fatland. He lived only 7 weeks, dying in early 1787 at Kambe. He was buried at Stødle,
