William Thomas Stobaugh was born February the 3rd 1850 to Chesley Stobaugh and Mary Shanks Stobaugh at Muhlenberg Kentucky, He passed away September the 21st 1926 in Cooke County Texas. He is interred at the Fairview Cemetery Gainesville, Cooke County Texas.^{[1] [2]}
