Biography

Lilly (Still) Zeigler was born in Appalachia, in Ohio.

Lilly Bell Still was born in 1914 in Meigs, Ohio, United States, daughter of John Franklin Still (1884–1971) and Effie E Conkle (1886–1963).

Lilly (16) married Raymond Frazier (18) (born on January 1, 1913 in Middleport, Salisbury Township, Meigs) on November 5, 1931 in Gallia. [1]

Lilly (32) married Charles Frederick Zeigler (30) (born on March 3, 1917 in Meigs) on June 3, 1947 in Meigs. [2]

In the 1920 census Laly (age 4) was the daughter of Frank Still in Meigs, Ohio, United States.[3] Frank Still 35, wife Effie Still 32, son Otto Still 11, son Samuel Still 9, daughter Mary Still 7, daughter Laly Still 4, son Carl Still 2, son John Still 13.

In the 1930 census Bell (age 15) was the single daughter of Frank Still in Middleport, Meigs, Ohio, United States.[4] Frank Still 45, wife Effie Still 42, stepdaughter Mary Jones 13, daughter Bell Still 15, son Carl Still 12, daughter Von Tell Still 9, mother-in-law Mary Conkel 78.

In the 1940 census Lilly (age 24) was the married sister-in-law of Don Covert in Middleport, Salisbury Township, Meigs, Ohio, United States.[5] Don Covert 24, wife Verna Covert 21, brother Ray Frasier 25, sister-in-law Lilly Frasier 24.

Lilly died on September 27, 1961 in Gallipolis, Gallia, Ohio, aged 46. She was buried in Riverview Cemetery, Middleport, Ohio.[6][7]
