Biography

Janet was born about 1630. The date is not certain but estimated from the date of her marriage. Her place of birth is not certain but thought to have been in the lands of her father.

She was the eldest daughter of Alexander Stewart, 4th of Dalguise, and Christian Drummond.^[1]

Janet married Malcolm Reid of Tulliemet and they were the parents of Elizabeth.^{[2] [3]}
