Biography

Harry Falsome Stewardson was born on 7 February 1904 in Nelson County, Virginia. His parents were George William Beauregard Stewardson and his wife, Clara Temple (Noel) Stewardson Moses.[1]

Harry married 1st, on 18 April 1923, Elizabeth Childress, in Hanover County, Virginia. Harry and Elizabeth were both 19 and single at the time of their marriage.[2]

In the 1940 census, Harry (age 36), Clerk, was enumerated as the married head of household in Brookland, Henrico, Virginia.[3]

On 25 Sep 1952, Harry and Elizabeth divorced. The divorce record shows that two minor children (apparently the twins, Robert and James) were impacted by the divorce.[4]

Secondly, on 19 June 1953, 49 year-old Harry married 37 year-old Katherine Elizabeth Kennedy in Richmond, Virginia. Katherine was a widow and the daughter of James Melton and Maggie Blake. Her marriage to Harry was her third.[5]

Harry died on 30 Dec 1961 in Richmond, Virginia.[6]
