In the 1880 census Frances Steward (age 9 months) was the daughter of Mary Steward in Georgetown, El Dorado, California, United States.[1]

"MARRIAGE LICENSE ISSUED.

A marriage license was issued in Oakland Tuesday to Jesse H. Bagby, 37, and Frances Steward, 34; Mildred W. Allen, 30, and Victoria F. Johnson, 35, All of Marysville. They were married by J. L. Allen, pastor of the Mount Olivet Baptist church of this city."[2]

Francis C Steward's son George S Bagby was born on 8 August 1916 in Yuba, California, United States.[3][4]

Steward's daughter Mary L Bagby was born on 8 July 1918 in Yuba, California, United States.[5]

In the 1920 census Frances C Bagby (age 39) was the wife of Jesse H Bagby in Marysville, Yuba, California, United States.[6]

In the 1930 census Frances Bagby (age 49) was the wife of Jessie H Bagby in Marysville, Yuba, California, United States.[7]

In the 1940 census Frances Bagby (age 59) was the wife of Jessie H Bagby in Marysville Judicial Township, Yuba, California, United States.[8]

Francis Bagby, daughter of Steward, died (age 63) on 12 November 1942 in Alameda, California, United States.[9]
