Frank Steward was a Tennessean.

Frank was born in 1913. He was the son of Bill Steward and/or Fannie Keller. He passed away in 1959.
Parents
Frank was born 2 years before Bill and Fannie married and supposedly the family story is that he was Fannie's illegitimate child but Bill raised him as his own. I do not know if that is true or not.
