William G. “Max” Stevenson (son of William Goldman Stevenson and Martha Ann Hammon) was born on September 19, 1925 at Higbee, Randolph County, Missouri and died on May 23, 1967. He married Shirley Ann Smith on July 16, 1951 at Huntsville, Missouri. He worked as a carpenter for the Norfolk and Western Railway bridge gang. They were members of the Baptist Church and lived in Huntsville, Misssouri. She died June 29, 2015. They are buried at the Sunset Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Moberly, Randolph County, Missouri.
