Dionis Stevens (spelling used by source), daughter of John Robert and Dionis ( ____) Stevens, was baptized 4 March 1609/10, in Brixton, Devon, England. [1]

Dionis Stevens married Tristram Coffin (per by the baptism of their son Peter 18 July 1630), probably in Brixton.[1]

Tristram took his family to New England about 1642. Dionis is frequently named as his wife in deeds of sale giving her consent to those sales. She herself was "presented" at court, in 1653, for selling beer for three pence per quart. The law set the price at fourpence with four bushels of malt to the hogshead. Her beer was six bushels of malt to the hogshead and so was discharged by the court.[1]

Tristram and his son, Stephen, both of Sherborn in Nantucket, built a barn together. An agreement was made 18 July 1677, that Stephens parents Tristram and Dionis Coffin would have use of the barn until their decease. 3 Dec 1678, they gave to son John their dwelling, after their decease. [1]

Tristram died on 2 Oct 1681, and 9 Feb 1682, his widow, Ms Dionis Coffin, was awarded use of his estate during her life. [1]

I believe her last name at birth should be corrected to Stevens, as is the spelling on her father's and all of her siblings' profiles.

The WikiTree biography shown for Dionis states that she was an ancestor of “H. H. Holmes” but WikiTree shows no bloodline between her and Mudgett-37, only a connection by marriage.

In the bio we have the concept of place "Plymouth, Brixton, Devon" but that's inverted. Brixton can be a part of Plymouth, but not the other way around. Right?

Wikipedia: "Brixton is a village, parish and former manor situated near Plymouth in Devon, England."
