Arthur Plummer Stevens was born on February 18th, 1878 to Austin Webster Stevens and his wife, Evaline. He and his sister, Gertrude were the only children to survive to adulthood.[1]
By 1900 he was a lodger at Phebie A Kimball's house in Lynn.[2]. Not long after that he married a woman named Ida in 1906.[3].
