*Little Jesse Statham age four months and 19 days departed this life at the home of his grand parents Mr and Mrs J S Damron July 4 1904. His little twin sister Belle died the 5th. They were laid to rest in the same grave July 6, 1904 in the Violet cemetery. To the aged grand parents who have had the care of the little ones since they were only one week old we wish to offer a word of consolation. While your home is sad and lonely without them "They have gone to a brighter home where all sufferings are o'er, there to meet with their mother who has gone on before." Beside father and four brothers they leave a host of relatives to mourn their departure. A FRIEND.
