John Starkweather was born about 1871 in Pennsylvania, United States, son of Leroy Starkweather (~1843– ) and Tryphenia Unknown (1845–~1927).^[1]

John Starkweather, with his widowed mother, Typhenia, was proprietor of the "Riverside Hotel" in Jamestown, NY.
