Biography
Sixth child of Gad and Mary (Judd) Stanley. Born 28 August 1788. Married on 18 September 1800 to Thomas Stow, son of Zebulon Stow. Phebe and Thomas lived in Cromwell, Conn. after their marriage. Thomas Stow died on 14 August 1845. Phebe died on 27 September 1857. Thomas and Phebe had four children: Caroline Rosetta Stow, Thomas Stow, Jane Stanley Stow, and Anna North Stow. Phebe is identified as Stanley #282 in the source below. [1]
