Gordon was born in 1886. He is the son of James Stanley and Lydia Smith.
In 1891 he is with his parents. [1]
and again in 1901. [2]
In 1910 he married Georgina Slater at Bradford. [3]
1911 census in Bradford with his wife living at his mother-in-law's. [4]
1921 census at Bradford working as a boilerman: [5]
1939 Register. He is a foreman at a warehouse. [6]
He died in 1961. [7]
