Page 203-David "Sprough" of Bosswyck, Kings, New York, abstract of his will dated 23 Oct 1731, proved 15 May 1739. Names wife Rachel, sons Gabriel, Volkert, and eldest son John. Daughters Catherine, Mary, Rachel wife of David Catts, and Ann wife of Daniel Bodett. Makes friend Peter and Nicholas Berrien exe but both were dec'd by 1739 and letters admin issued to the widow Rachel. Wits Hendrick and Adriaen Van Ende, Simon Duryea. [7]
