Biography

Lloyd William Spicer was born in Boggs Township, Pennsylvania on August 13, 1913. He was the son of George Wahington Spicer and Bess Myrtle Walker. He married Carrie Evelyn Barger on July 22, 1939 in Frederick, Virginia. They lived in State College, Pennsylvania and raised their family there. Lloyd died there on July 6, 2006 at age 92. His ashes lie in Centre County Memorial Park.
