Edward J Spencer was born on May 27, 1939 in Dunkirk, Chautauqua, New York, United States, son of Ernest Meade Goldman (1907–1972) and Marjorie Gertrude Jankiewicz (1915–1995).
Edward died on December 10, 1994 in Jamestown, Chautauqua, aged 55.[1]
