Elnora Gertrude Spencer was born on 30 January 1909 in Buckingham, Virginia, United States, daughter of Robert William Spencer (1869–1931) and Minnie Bell Bryant (1875–1929).[1]
In 1910, Elnora (1) was in the household of her father, Robert, in James River, Buckingham, Virginia. [2]
Elnora died on 31 August 1960 in Richmond, Virginia, aged 51. She was buried in Forest Lawn Cemetery and Mausoleum, Richmond, Henrico County, Virginia.[1][3]
