Clifford B Spencer was born on February 26, 1906 in Standish, Arenac, Michigan, United States, son of William B Spencer (1870–1931) and Florence Fisher (1875–1919).
Clifford died on February 26, 1943 in Saginaw, Saginaw, Michigan, aged 37[1]. He was buried in Forest Lawn Cemetery, Saginaw, Saginaw County, Michigan.[2]
