Frances "Frankey" Spencer was probably born in Louisa, Louisa, Virginia. She is the daughter of Thomas Spencer and Elizabeth Skillern. She is listed by name in her father's will, proven in Caswell, NC.[1]

Frances married George Jackson in Caswell County, North Carolina on10 Oct 1785.[2]

George appears on the 1784-1787 Census Substitute with 1 White Male 21-60 and 1 White Female in his household.[3]

George also appears on the 1790 Census in Caswell, NC[4]

This is the last Frances is heard of, pending future research.
