Is there a source for the birth date 27 Jul 1644? I could not find one. Jacobus and Anderson in the Great Migration Sketch of his father estimate his date of birth as roughly 1650 (based on his eldest known child born in 1674). At this time, Samuel's father seems to be a resident of Lynn, so it seems that the best info for the data field would be b about 1650 in Lynn (uncertain). Are there any objections to changing this?

If you read through this profile it’s pretty clear that there is no record of Samuels birth, therefore the location and age stream going to be guesses, and there may not be agreement. The essential fact in deterring if they are the same person (lacking any other facts onSoencer-7006) is the date of death

Spencer-7006 and Spencer-164 appear to represent the same person because: There are some differences in place and in the narrative, but these seem to be intended to be the same people.

I don't see anything in the bio that supports the middle name (and middle names were extremely rare in this time period). I suspect that possibly the father's name was inserted as a way of keeping track of the different Spencer lines.
