Charles E Spencer married Harriett Haskell. They are listed as parents in the marriage record of their son Frank W Spencer in Connecticut in 1910.^[3]

In the 1870 United States census, there is a Connecticut record for family of Edwin C Spencer, born about 1831/32 in Connecticut, his wife Harriett Spencer, born about 1836 in Connecticut, and their children Ida M Spencer (born about 1864) and Frank W Spencer (born about 1869).^[2]

He died in Windham, Connecticut in 1915.^[1]
