The Mayflower Descendant

A Quarterly Magazine of Pilgrim Genealogy and History

"Mayflower Descendant has been published by the Massachusetts Society of Mayflower Descendants since 1899. It is an essential source of information on many New England families, and its focus is not limited to those with Mayflower lineage. The journal includes transcriptions and abstracts of deeds, wills, vital records, and other original documents. In addition, it features compiled genealogies and analytical studies of genealogical problems."

Trying to prove lineage from Edward Fuller 1575-1621 (dies during the first winter in Plymouth colony) who was the 21st signer of the Mayfower compact. His son, Matthew Fuller (1603-july 1678) has the GSMD symbol in My Heritage and came over later, possibly delayed for his education. He was a surgeon, the first regular physician who settled in Barnstable. Also served under Miles Standish. Wife was Frances Hyde b1605-d1678.

John Fuller (Matthew's son, 1631-1692), He also was a doctor; wife Bethiah who died before 24 Mar 1686/7). Lydia Fuller (1675-1755), John's daughter marries Joseph Dimock.

This is a very helpful page. I added the category for Mayflower Project so that it would be displayed with the other source entries for the project. Thanks, Becky Syphers
