England Project | England Roles Index | Team Leaders

As the whole project is made up of teams, there are Team Leaders covering a very broad spectrum of areas of interest. For example:

• Team Leader for a County Team: E.g. Hertfordshire Team Leader
• Team Leader for a Topical Team: E.g. English Composers Team Leader
• Team Leader for a Profile Improvements Team: E.g. Data Doctors Team Leader

Regardless of which team is being lead, the role is essentially the same and entails:

1. Helping to define the vision and set the goals for the team
2. Communicate with their Team Members at least once every three months
3. Facilitating collaboration between Team Members
4. Enthusiastically participating in the team themselves
5. Encouraging and equipping Team Members
6. Reporting to the rest of the project on how the team is doing
7. Liaising with the Coordinators to ensure the health and growth of the team
