John was born in 1635.

He was educated at St Paul's School and admitted to Peterhouse, Cambridge College at the age of 19 on 31 March 1654. B.A. 1657; M.A. 1664. ^[1]

He was admitted Prebendary of Kilpeacon (Limerick) on 12 August 1663. [ff], and resigned in 1666, and became Prebendary of Tullabracky.

He was admitted Prebendary of Tullybrackey (Limerick) on 24 August 1666 [rf.] In 1673 he was a Vicar Choral of Limerick.

John married Elizabeth [unknown].

He died in 1680 and did not leave a will. ^[2]
