Edward Soulsby (1865 - 1920)

Biography

Edward was born in 1865^[1] in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk, England. He was the son of Henry William Soulsby and Mary Ann Fenton. The family lived in Yarmouth, where Edward's father was a sailor.^[2]

By 1881 the Soulsbys had moved to Hull, Yorkshire, and Edward worked as a rulleyman.^[3]

In 1890 Edward married Alice Elizabeth Mullin in Hull.^[4][5] The family lived in Hull, where Edward worked as a dock labourer.^[6][7][8]

Edward died in 1920 at the age of 54.^[9]
